Joshua Creek sits at the eastern edge of Oakville against the Mississauga boundary, and geography does it a favour: this is the shortest run to Pearson of anywhere in town. Winston Churchill Boulevard is right there, Ford Drive and the 403 split are minutes away, and the 407 ramp at Winston Churchill turns an airport trip into a genuinely short drive when the QEW is having a bad morning. From here the difference between the free route and the toll route is often ten or fifteen minutes rather than forty, so the toll is a smaller decision than it is from Bronte. The neighbourhood is newer, mostly built from the 1990s onward around Upper Middle Road East, Ninth Line and Dundas Street East, with proper driveways and no loading difficulties at all. It is also the part of Oakville most tied to corporate work. The Joshua Creek and Ninth Line business parks are on the doorstep, the Winston Churchill office corridor runs north along the boundary, and the North Service Road offices are a short run west. A large share of the bookings from this corner are client pickups from Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 heading into an Oakville office, or executives heading the other way for an evening flight — which is the harder direction, because a 6pm departure means crossing the QEW eastbound and the 427 northbound at the worst hour of the day. Hamilton is the one airport that is further from here than from anywhere else in Oakville.

Do you charge more to come out to Bronte or North Oakville?
Distance is part of the quote from the start rather than something added at the end. Bronte is farther from the 427 than Joshua Creek is, and North Oakville near Dundas is closer to the 407 than the lake is. Those differences are real and they are priced in when you are quoted, not discovered afterwards. What does move a price is the hour of the day, because a rush-hour crossing takes materially longer than the same trip at 4am.

Yes. Burlington sits at the west end of the corridor and it is an ordinary run for Bond. It also changes the airport arithmetic: from Burlington the QEW east to the 427 is a longer haul than it is from Oakville, while Hamilton International is notably closer. If your airline flies out of Hamilton, that is worth raising on the phone before you default to Pearson.
