Airport Limo Service in Oakville

The core of the service: downtown Oakville, Old Oakville and the streets around the harbour, plus everything north to Dundas.

Old Oakville is the hardest pickup in town and the most common one on this line. The streets south of Lakeshore Road East — Navy, Thomas, King, Front and the lanes running down to the water — were laid out long before anyone imagined a full-size SUV with five suitcases in it. Narrow, often parked solid on both sides, and in several cases with nowhere sensible to stand for three minutes while bags come out of a house. Lakeshore Road through the core is slow on any fine Saturday and closes outright for the summer street events. So the pickup point gets agreed when the booking is made, not discovered at four in the morning. Getting out is straightforward once you are moving: Trafalgar Road or Dorval Drive onto the QEW, east to the 427, north to the terminals. What changes is the hour. That same run is twenty minutes at 3am and can be an hour in the weekday morning build, which is why a door time here is calculated from your flight rather than from a map. North of the core the picture shifts again — around Dundas Street, Third Line and Neyagawa the 407 is often the better route to Pearson, and Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital and the newer Sixteen Mile neighbourhoods sit closer to that ramp than to the QEW. Downtown condo pickups work best when you name the entrance rather than the building, because the loading side and the lobby side are rarely the same door.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge more to come out to Bronte or North Oakville?

Distance is part of the quote from the start rather than something added at the end. Bronte is farther from the 427 than Joshua Creek is, and North Oakville near Dundas is closer to the 407 than the lake is. Those differences are real and they are priced in when you are quoted, not discovered afterwards. What does move a price is the hour of the day, because a rush-hour crossing takes materially longer than the same trip at 4am.

I live in Burlington. Is that still your area?

Yes. Burlington sits at the west end of the corridor and it is an ordinary run for Bond. It also changes the airport arithmetic: from Burlington the QEW east to the 427 is a longer haul than it is from Oakville, while Hamilton International is notably closer. If your airline flies out of Hamilton, that is worth raising on the phone before you default to Pearson.
