About Oakville Airport Limos

Oakville Airport Limos is the booking line for Bond Transporters, a private chauffeur operation running three Audi SUVs from Oakville through Toronto to Oshawa.

Bond Transporters is a private chauffeur service. Not a broker, not a dispatch app, not a directory that sells your request on to whoever bids for it. When you book here, you are booking a specific vehicle and a specific driver for a specific time.

The fleet is three SUVs and that is the whole list: a 2024 blue Audi Q7, a 2023 black Audi Q7 and a 2027 black Audi Q9. Four to five passengers with airport luggage. No stretch limousines, no sedans, no Suburbans, no vans and no coaches. If what you need is a fourteen-seat shuttle or a stretch for a wedding party, this is the wrong number and you will be told so on the phone rather than after a deposit.

The corridor runs from Oakville through Toronto to Oshawa. That is where the cars work. Oakville is the home end of it — the downtown and Old Oakville streets around the harbour, Bronte, Glen Abbey, Joshua Creek and Iroquois Ridge, and the newer neighbourhoods north toward Dundas, Third Line and Neyagawa — with Burlington immediately to the west.

Why the site leads with airports

Because that is what Oakville actually needs. This is a town of people with flights: executives on the QEW office belt, families going somewhere in March, clients coming in from elsewhere to a North Service Road boardroom. And the airport trip is the one where the difference between a good operator and a bad one is measurable rather than a matter of taste.

A good airport booking does four things. It works the door time back from when the counter opens rather than from the departure time. It settles the pickup point before the morning of, which matters enormously on the narrow streets south of Lakeshore Road East. It watches the inbound flight instead of the printed schedule. And it tells you the truth about the route, including when the 407 toll is worth paying and when it is not. None of that is glamorous. All of it is the difference between making the flight and not.

What this site will not do

It will not publish reviews it does not have, invent a star rating, quote clients who have not said anything, or claim a founding year. The site is new. It says what the cars are and what the service is and stops there.

It will not publish a fixed rate card, because the hour of the day and the route change the job more than the distance does. The cost page carries market reference points from what GTA operators advertise, clearly labelled as such, so you can budget before you call. Your trip gets quoted.

It will not make claims about licensing, insurance or airport authorization. What is said here is what is true and verifiable: pickups are arranged in advance and booked ahead. If you want to know more than that, ask on the phone and get an answer from a person rather than reading a badge on a website.

And it will not overstate the vehicle. Four to five passengers with airport luggage is the real capacity of a full-size SUV. Golf bags, skis and oversized items change that arithmetic. You will hear the honest version before the day, which is the only time it is useful.

Where the rules actually come from

Ground transportation in Ontario is licensed municipally, so the framework differs depending on which city you are standing in. The Town of Oakville, the City of Burlington and the City of Toronto each publish their own. The airports publish their own rules on top of that: Pearson for pre-arranged services, Billy Bishop for pick-up and drop-off, and Hamilton International for its ground transportation. How this works

Call 437-235-2663 or send the form with the flight number, the addresses, how many people are travelling and what the luggage looks like. You get back a door time worked out from when the counter opens and what the QEW is doing at that hour, plus a quoted number for that trip. Bookings are arranged in advance rather than dispatched on demand, so the earlier the better — there are three cars, and Saturdays in wedding season and the weeks around holidays fill up.
